Immersion 1 w John Friend

Words can not truly start to begin how stoked and grateful I am to be here with this rocking anusara community!!

After a long and sweet day in the immersion I taught a class at lululemon and 20 people showed up! By the end of the class we were all were all great friends and everyone is going to try to come tonight! The intention for class last night was to hold a remberance of a bright attitude. Inner body bright, shine on!

Day one in sanfran, morning so far, roll around in bed, some deep breathing, 5 essentail yoga poses and a great view. I watch pigeons fly with harmony together. The ceiling of clouds move together towards the south. Sunday morning not a noise in the big city, sleep in sanfran! When you wake see beauty in everything! Love everyone, including loving yourself to the max. It’s all one. 11am anusara class here I come, followed by matcha tea at the Japanese tea gardens. Loves. <3

Tomorrow I set off for a week in San Fran for some Maximum Inspired John Friend Anusara training!!

I’m back for one day in Vancouver, on Valentines day; before going to Maui for my and Jana’s retreat.

Lululemon and I are hosting a Love yoga class outside the Roundhouse Community center in Yaletown! Come and bring friends! 10am.

Much love Vancouver and enjoy all these new wonderful people that are visiting for the games!

Plum trees are one my favorite blossoms, the plum tree across the street looks like snow falling.
