Copenhagen has been very very magical!

The locals opened their doors and hearts to us.

I have been reminded many times of the interconnectedness within each other and the orderliness in our meetings.

Align our bodies, align our mind and our heart with the universal.

Hali and I have been reading alot about Permaculture, if you have never heard about please look into it. When I return to Vancouver I will apply their principles to align our community with nature.

Off to Berlin today for some more magical experiences including Anusara and John Friend.

Going to Europe today!

Off to a sheep farm, eco village and to join the Merry band of Anusara yoga.

I took this picture yesterday at my garden,

it is a photo of my friend Kore handing a beet from my garden to a young child.

I love the sharing the colors of this tasty nutrient rich beet with the next generation!
